1. Can I return my customized shoes and belts?Due to the nature of your order being personalize and customize, no refunds can be made one an order is placed. However, we only accept returns in cases of products bearing obvious manufacturing defects. If the product you have received contains obvious defects, we will return it for free and we will fully refund you.
Please note: Returns can only be made if the product has never been used, and is complete with all its original packaging, and only in the case of obvious manufacturing defects. As this is a handmade product, defects are not deemed to include characteristics such as slight inconsistencies in color, minor leather imperfections or small marks on the shoe due to their artisanal manufacture.
2. Can I return a shoe with wrong size?However, it is very rare to encounter obvious defects on products that have been shipped. All BSPK Shoes products are handcrafted in Spain using premium leathers and materials. In addition, we thoroughly inspect each product and only ship items that meet our quality standards. Our products get also carefully packed to ensure they arrive in a perfect shape. If the shoes are to loosely, we suggest that you try resolving the problem by inserting an insole, we provide with 2 insoles with each pair of shoes, while using the app FeetSizr to do the fitting, this simple trick often helps you to regain as much as a half size. If they come too narrow, you can take them to a reliable shoemaker, who can widen them with the use of a special last. Also, in this case it’s possible to recover up to half a size. In this case we at BSPK Shoes Co. will be happy to give you a site credit up to $15 to spend on your next order. Just email us the receipt of your shoemaker to Customer Service to: email@example.com Even if every BSPK Shoes pair of shoes is backed by our 100% perfect size guarantee, using our size chart and FeetSizr app, so you can be assure that your shoe is made in the correct size, in case the size is not fitting you, we will remake your shoes a size up or down, subject to availability, and only in the same design, width, color and material of the original purchase with a $100 fee for this service to cover components and shipping both ways. We also will be sending you 2x $50 site credits that you can use for 2 future orders.
3. How do I request a return?You can request a return by contacting our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the type of defect and enclosing a photo confirming the existence of the defect on the shoe. Shipping charges for return will be at our expenses, including any taxes and customs duties. As soon as we receive the item, which must be unused, unworn intact and complete with its original packaging and tags, we will verify its integrity. If you comply fully with the return policy, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Understandably, each of our MTO orders is produced strictly following the specifications entered, therefore returns are not permitted. BSPK Shoes Co. guarantees that all items are made substantially in accordance with the specifications selected during the order creation / checkout. Material variations and minor imperfections may occur and shall not be a ground for a return or refund since all shoes sold by BSPK Shoes Co. are handmade and custom-made for the CUSTOMER.
Production issues caused by order comments made at checkout or separate emails shall not be a ground for a return or refund.

Products in the platform are intended to represent reality as much as possible, both in terms of color and finish. However, the products may still appear in different tones depending on the screen or monitor used to access our 3D tool configurator. The product design image on our interface has visualization purpose only.
Slight variations in color tone or intensity may eventually occur on any material due to the inherent consequences of leather dyeing. BFG shall not be liable for any tone variation in the color selected appearing on the products.
CANCELLATIONSBSPK Shoes Co. may only accept cancellations of orders during the first 24 hours from the date of purchase. The exception to this rule is special orders, which cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order the CUSTOMER should send an e-mail to email@example.com during the first 24h, and our team will process the request and issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item cancelled.
Orders that have been more than 24 hours in production may also be cancelled. However, depending on the production stage the item is at, a cancellation fee to cover for raw material expenses and partial labor work may be applied. This cancellation fee might go up to 100% of the original order total and will be calculated for each order separately.
